The main aim of The Support and Resettlement Service is to prevent people from becoming homeless and work with people who need support to live independently in their own homes. To be eligible for the service applicants must be 18 or above, and living in the St Albans District.
Support to prevent homelessness
We work with individuals at risk of losing their tenancy to help them remain in their own home.
We work with people to address issues and develop skills so that they are able to manage their accommodation and tenancy independently in the long term.
We offer support to identify and access suitable accommodation. By working with individuals at risk of homelessness or unsuitably housed and need support, we help them access accommodation that meets their needs.
