Our cleaning contractor visits all our estates once a week and we redecorate communal areas every 5 years.

If you notice a repair in a communal area, please report this on MyHightown. 


Leaving items in hallways

It is a legal requirement to keep hallways clear of items.

If there was a fire, your items could be a hazard and could prevent people getting out of the building safely.

Our property service inspectors check all hallways on their regular estate inspections; if they find items left out they will remove them and you will be charged for the removal and storage of items.
