Leasehold

As a retirement leaseholder you also have additional facilities that ordinary housing doesn't have, such as:

Renting

Hightown has a limited amount of rented sheltered housing for the over 55s - mostly at Perrycoste Court in St Albans. These homes are allocated on the basis of need, using a points system.
