Phase 2 of our biggest development to date includes 158 homes and three commercial units, adding to the 130 homes and ten shops built in 2017.

This high quality development includes 25 homes for social rent. 

Hightown’s development Hopkins Crescent brings 14 semi-detached houses all for social rent. 

Built on the site of the former Whitbread offices, the development will provide 65 affordable homes for rent, allocated to people in housing need nominated by Luton Borough Council.

The new development will provide 128 flats for social rent and shared ownership in Welwyn Garden City. 

This development includes 44 homes for affordable rent and shared ownership in Knebworth, Hertfordshire.
