Built on a former industrial estate, Hightown’s new development Springfield View in Chesham was completed in two phases and includes a mixture of one and two bedroom flats and two and three bedroom houses.
Phase 1 provided 55 new affordable homes to Chesham for affordable rent and shared ownership.
Phase 2 brings 34 new homes for affordable rent and shared ownership.
