All our available homes are listed on our website.
Find the right property for you, check the eligibility, and register your interest.

Shared ownership
Shared ownership is a great scheme that aims to help first time buyers onto the property ladder. Rather than renting, you can buy a 50% share in your home with a much lower deposit than you would need to buy a home outright. You then pay a subsidised rent for the remaining shares and can buy more shares over time.
Shared ownership makes buying a home manageable and affordable.

Applying for social housing
Unfortunately, you cannot apply to us directly for social housing.
We do not hold waiting lists for our housing; our properties are let to people from the council's registers so you must apply with your local council.
If you're in housing need, facing homelessness or need an affordable home, you can apply to go on your local council's housing register.
If you do not have anywhere to stay tonight, please contact our homelessness services - click here for more information.
