Our Tenant Satisfaction Survey is running until 28 December. If you're a resident with Hightown, you may receive a phone call from Acuity Research & Practice, a company acting on behalf of Hightown, and asked to complete our survey. If you receive a call from a number ending in 3027 asking if you’d like to take part, please be assured that this is a genuine call. This is an opportunity to share your feedback on the services we provide.
