Our approach

We provide support to adults with severe and enduring mental health illness in a safe and positive environment. Staff work with the individuals who have their own tenancy, to revisit old skills and develop new ones to live as independently as possible.

As a psychologically informed organisation, we focus on trauma informed approaches to aid our support offer, recognising the unique and sometimes traumatic challenges individuals face

Each individual coproduces their own support plans, goals and ambitions and work with the staff to identify the best pathway for success.

We use a trauma informed approach to overcome barriers, fears and stigma and promote positive professional relationships. Our support includes tenancy management, life skills, medication management, budgeting and promoting a better understanding of poor mental health through socialising and engaging with the community. Differing levels of support are available, from shared supported living projects to outreach support in the community.

We work with other professionals to develop a holistic care package to meet each individual's needs.
