For International Day of Persons with Disabilities, we caught up with Valerie, who lives at Aplin Road, one of Hightown's learning disability scheme in Buckinghamshire, to find out more about her passion for drawing.
During the Covid lockdowns, Valerie was concerned she would get bored. After attempting drawings many years ago, she decided it was the right time to give it another try. Valerie draws every day and is mastering her craft.
