Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) matters to us at Hightown. As a housing association and a provider of care and support, we offer a range of services, to help people be the best they can be, and help local communities thrive.
We believe that diversity enriches experiences as well as performance. We want to create environments where differences are celebrated, where staff feel supported and where everyone is valued and respected.

Highlights from our Annual Diversity Report on our staff and residents
As Hightown employs more than 250 people we are required by law to publish an annual Gender Pay Gap Report in accordance with the Equality Act 2010 (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations 2017. This report shows the difference in average female earnings compared to average male earnings. As part of our commitment to diversity, we have also published our Ethnicity Pay Gap Report.
