Our approach

Within our specialist services, we are committed to providing strengths-based person centred support of the highest quality to individuals with varying learning disabilities and autism needs.

We understand the unique requirements of the people we support and strive to create an inclusive environment that promotes their wellbeing. Through specialised training, assistive technology and a positive risk-taking approach guided by our policies, we ensure that our services are tailored to meet the diverse needs of the people we support. Each individual coproduces their own support plans, goals and ambitions and work with the staff to identify the best pathway for success.

Our staff

We recruit staff based on both skills and values. By doing so, our teams are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of the people we support.

Through our dedication to excellence, commitment to safeguarding, and ongoing innovation, we aim to set a benchmark for care and support for individuals with learning disabilities and autism. We provide a nurturing environment that promotes the independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing of the people we support.

Our ratings

Our commitment to excellence is reflected in the GOOD rating of all our Care Quality Commission (CQC) Registered Care Homes, demonstrating our dedication to maintaining high standards in service delivery.

Our person-centred approaches and monitoring system reflects our commitment to quality - shown in the results of Provider Assessment and Market Management Solution (PAMMS) carried out by our commissioning authorities. These audits, with many being good and some achieving an excellent rating, showcase our efforts to uphold and exceed industry standards.
