The residents at 4 Old Barn Close have complex needs and behaviours. The philosophy of the home is inclusion in all areas of their life. This is assessed on their ability and residents are encouraged and supported to get involved in the day-to-day running of the home when suitable.
All the residents are encouraged to get involved in the community and develop and maintain relationships, friendships and contact with families. Residents are encouraged to visit family members, including staying with them overnight, if they wish.
