Congratulations to Hightown Housing Association Care and Supported Housing scheme, The Crossings, who recently had their Provider Assessment & Market Management Solution (PAMMS) review and was recognised for the high quality care they deliver to our service users. The team received an ‘excellent’ rating following a thorough and intense inspection.

The review was conducted by Buckinghamshire County Council and an inspection of all areas of support delivery was undertaken to ensure that the scheme is providing a safe, caring, effective and responsive service that meets the needs of its residents. Inspectors assessed various aspects of the scheme, including service users house meetings, health and safety, accident and incident reporting, probations, right to work documentation, training records and much more.

Lesley Allister, Registered manager, said: “The whole team are extremely proud to have achieved excellent in our contract monitoring inspection. It evidences the determination that we all have in ensuring we deliver a high quality service to the service users at The Crossings and that this is paramount in our minds and support practices every day.

“We are committed to delivering a service in which the standards do not waver or fall below the level that the service users and their families who place their trust in us to care for them are entitled to receive. We are here to enrich the service users’ lives, uphold their choices and decisions, promote their rights and equality and diversity. The service users rely upon us to support them in all areas of their lives and this is a huge responsibility that we as a team and provider do not take lightly. I am extremely proud of all that we have achieved - my team are amazing people!”
