Each resident has their own self-contained flat with 24-hour support on site. Flat 1 at Warren Court is used as an office for staff to support the residents there. Our aim is to provide personalised support to people living in their own homes to help them meet their full potential.
Residents have a tenancy agreement for their flats and are supported to apply for housing benefit to help with the cost of their rent.
At Warren Court, support is provided to each person living in their own flat to enable them to live as independently as possible and participate in their local community. Regular group meetings are held where residents are encouraged to say what activities they would like to do and places they’d like to visit.
Visitors are always welcome, subject to the wishes of the resident.
All residents are registered with local GPs and have access to locally based community health services. Specialist health support can also be provided if necessary.
Advocacy workers are encouraged and supported. Advocates are welcome to represent / support residents at their meetings if requested by the resident.
All residents are supported to develop person centred plans to meet their needs.
Each resident has their own bedroom, kitchen, lounge and bathroom. There is also a communal area for residents to get together, including a large garden.
Residents are encouraged to bring their own belongings and possessions into the home wherever possible, providing they meet health and safety regulations.
Warren Court is located just off Windmill Lane, within a five minute walk from Cheshunt town centre, providing easy access to public transport links and all local facilities including Tesco and a pharmacy.
