Warren Court provides seven supported living flats for people with learning disabilities. Each self-contained flat has a private bedroom, bathroom, lounge and kitchen. Internet access is available within the accommodation and there is wheelchair access. Residents also have access to a garden, visitors parking and Independent Living training. Warren Court is close to the local shops in Cheshunt and near public transport.

      There is a one-bedroom self-contained flat available within Warren Court from 1st October 2021.

      Each resident has their own bedroom, kitchen, lounge and bathroom. There is also a communal area for residents to get together, including a large garden.

      Warren Court provides supported living for people with learning disabilities. At Warren Court, support is provided to each person living in their own flat to enable them to live as independently as possible and participate in their local community. Regular group meetings are held where residents are encouraged to say what activities they would like to do and places they’d like to visit.

      Residents are encouraged to bring their own belongings and possessions into the home wherever possible, providing they meet health and safety regulations.

      Staff offer specialist care for people with Asperger syndrome, Bipolar / Manic depression, Hearing impairment, Multiple learning disabilities and Schizophrenia.

      Referrals are made through Broxbourne Borough Council.

    Each resident has their own self-contained flat with 24-hour support on site. Flat 1 at Warren Court is used as an office for staff to support the residents there. Our aim is to provide personalised support to people living in their own homes to help them meet their full potential.

    Residents have a tenancy agreement for their flats and are supported to apply for housing benefit to help with the cost of their rent.

    Choice

    At Warren Court, support is provided to each person living in their own flat to enable them to live as independently as possible and participate in their local community. Regular group meetings are held where residents are encouraged to say what activities they would like to do and places they’d like to visit.

    Visitors are always welcome, subject to the wishes of the resident.

    Care

    All residents are registered with local GPs and have access to locally based community health services. Specialist health support can also be provided if necessary.

    Advocacy workers are encouraged and supported. Advocates are welcome to represent / support residents at their meetings if requested by the resident.

    All residents are supported to develop person centred plans to meet their needs.
