All Hightown's shared owners and leaseholders are expected to follow Hightown's estate regulations.

As a reminder, the estate regulations contain the following rules:

  • BBQs and fire pits are not permitted in any communal areas
  • Personal possessions cannot be stored in the communal gardens
  • Children must be supervised by an adult in the communal gardens
  • You must not plan or cordon off areas in the communal gardens
  • Communal stairs, balconies, halls and landings must be kept free from obstruction
  • Personal possessions cannot be stored in internal communal areas
  • Fire doors must be kept closed at all times
  • Smoking is not permitted in the internal communal areas
  • Do not dump unwanted items or refuse on the estate
  • Dispose of all refuse appropriately
  • Permission for a pet must be obtained in writing from Hightown
  • Hightown does not allow cats or dogs in flats if access is only available through a communal area
  • Caravans and boats are not permitted in a communal parking area
  • Vehicles must be taxed, roadworthy and insured
  • Permission for a skip must be obtained in writing from Hightown
  • Permission for alternations or improvements to your home must be obtained in writing from Hightown.
