All Hightown's shared owners and leaseholders are expected to follow Hightown's estate regulations.
As a reminder, the estate regulations contain the following rules:
- BBQs and fire pits are not permitted in any communal areas
- Personal possessions cannot be stored in the communal gardens
- Children must be supervised by an adult in the communal gardens
- You must not plan or cordon off areas in the communal gardens
- Communal stairs, balconies, halls and landings must be kept free from obstruction
- Personal possessions cannot be stored in internal communal areas
- Fire doors must be kept closed at all times
- Smoking is not permitted in the internal communal areas
- Do not dump unwanted items or refuse on the estate
- Dispose of all refuse appropriately
- Permission for a pet must be obtained in writing from Hightown
- Hightown does not allow cats or dogs in flats if access is only available through a communal area
- Caravans and boats are not permitted in a communal parking area
- Vehicles must be taxed, roadworthy and insured
- Permission for a skip must be obtained in writing from Hightown
- Permission for alternations or improvements to your home must be obtained in writing from Hightown.
