Are you an EU, EEA or Swiss citizen? If so, you and your family can apply to the EU Settlement Scheme to continue living in the UK after 30 June 2021.
This is part of the 'Stay in the UK ('settled status'): step by step process following Brexit. EEA citizens include the EU countries as well as Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.
It is worth noting, you may be able to stay in the UK without applying if for example you’re an Irish citizen or already have indefinite leave to remain. You can also apply if you’re the family member of an eligible person of Northern Ireland.
The deadline for applying to the EU Settlement Scheme is 30 June 2021. To be eligible, you must have started living in the UK before 31 December 2020.

You can also find guidance about the application process on the Citizen's Advice website.
