The ASB App is an all-round tool that allows residents to record, monitor and report anti-social behaviour (ASB), such as noise, nuisance and disputes.
You can record the details of the ASB by keeping diary sheets, take photos and video recordings as well as communicate with the Housing Team about your report.
Always fill in the diary sheet as soon as possible after the incident has taken place and the information is still fresh in your mind. Your diary sheets help Hightown to understand the reported behaviour and identify patterns of behaviour. They also help us to identify if another partner organisation needs to be involved (such as the Police or Environmental Health team).
If you can't use the app, you can still use the ASB diary sheets.
