We took handover of the rented block in February 2025 and the shared ownership block in June 2025. This development includes 44 homes on a Hightown land-led scheme in Knebworth in Hertfordshire.
22 of the homes were allocated to families in housing need from among the hundreds on the local authority’s waiting list. The remaining 22 were set aside for people to buy through the shared ownership scheme.
This development includes two blocks of one and two bedroom apartments.
