York House was completed in October 2024 and consists of 25 homes – all for social rent on a Hightown land-led scheme in St Albans. The homes were allocated to people on St Albans City and District Council's housing register.
York House has been constructed on a site that was previously occupied by a car dealership.
This development includes a mixture of one and two bedroom flats. The flats on the ground floor have private patio access. The flats on the middle floor have private balconies and the top floor flats have skylights.
