Hightown is a charitable Community Benefit Society.  Our register number with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) is 18077R. 

Our Registered Office is Hightown House, Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead, Herts, HP2 4XH.

We are regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) which sets out the regulatory standards that we are expected to comply with.  Our current regulatory rating for Governance and Viability is G1/V2.  Our RSH registration is L2179. 

Our Credit Rating with Moody's is A3. 

A number of our Care and Support services are regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) whose inspection reports are available to view on our website.  

We have adopted the National Housing Federation (NHF) Code of Governance and Code of Conduct.  We regularly assess compliance with these standards to ensure that we remain compliant.
