Tell us more campaign - coming to your doorstep

We recently launched our Tell Us More campaign, which began with phone calls inviting our customers to take part in a short survey.

The aim of the survey is to get to know you better so we can improve our services and provide the right support when it’s needed. We want to ensure that everyone has a fair and positive experience with Hightown.

As part of the next stage of the campaign, our teams will be visiting neighbourhoods and carrying out face-to-face door knocks. This is to make sure all customers have an equal opportunity to take part.

What will we ask?
The survey includes questions about you and your household, such as your ethnicity, main language and how well you speak English. We’ll also ask about any disabilities, health conditions, or support needs, so we can tailor our services and ensure we are respectful when visiting your home or carrying out repairs.

When?

We will be visiting our customers across August 2026.

Who will visit?

Your Housing Officer, or a member of the housing team.
