We’ve recently relaunched our Customer Experience Panel (CEP), reinforcing our commitment to listening to our customers and better understanding what matters most to them.

The CEP brings customers together to share their experiences, provide feedback and influence how our services are delivered.

As a collective, independent voice, the panel plays an important role in shaping our policies, procedures and helping us identify ways to improve what we do. Their insight is key to ensuring we meet the needs and expectations of our customers.
