We employ contractors to maintain any communal grounds on your estate. If you have your own private garden, it is yours to look after.

Our grounds maintenance contractors maintain the communal grounds of estates from March to November. The number of visits each month depends on the time of year. For example, grass cutting occurs more regularly from April to September.

Our contractors will always ensure steps and pathways are clear and litter is removed. Other tasks carried out during the visit will vary depending on the time of year.

During December to February, Hightown’s caretaking team will attend estates when required.

Our Estates Officers carry out regular estate inspections to make sure the grounds are being properly looked after.

Where Hightown does not own the freehold to the estate, the owner of the estate can employ a managing agent to look after the grounds maintenance.
