You may have heard that in 2015 the Government proposed that some housing association tenants would be able to buy their homes through a Voluntary Right To Buy agreement with housing associations. The details are still being finalised by the Government.

When it is clear how this might impact Hightown tenants who wish to buy their home we will provide further information here on our website.

Some of our tenants already have the ‘Right to Acquire’ their home, a different scheme with much less generous discounts than those proposed by the Government under the Voluntary Right to Buy – if you wish to know if your property is eligible for either scheme, please complete your contact details below and the home ownership team will be in touch with you.

Check if you have 'Right to Buy' or 'Right to Acquire'
