Tenant Satisfaction Measures Survey 2024/25 - Between 11 November and 28 December 2024, you may be contacted by Acuity Research & Practice, a company acting on behalf of Hightown, and asked to complete our tenant satisfaction survey. This will be via an email or phone call and will be an opportunity to share feedback on the services we provide.
