We have funds available for you to apply for improvements to your estate.
Successful applications will be for something that makes a lasting and noticeable improvement and enhances the quality of life for all residents. The improvement must be carried out on property or land owned by Hightown and cannot cover general repairs and maintenance.
Our Residents Voice & Scrutiny Panel (RVSP) review all applications each year and decide which bids are successful.
The deadline for applications this year is 1 September 2025.
Examples of previous successful applications include:
- Improvements to communal gardens
- Projects that deter flytipping
- Improved recycling facilities
- Security lighting in car parks or communal areas
- Improvements to signage
- Upgraded fencing
Please complete the form below to make an application.

Procedure
Hightown will source quotes for each bid before it is submitted for approval to our Residents Voice and Scrutiny Panel (RVSP) in October. Approved bids will aim to be completed by the end of March.
If we do not approve the application, we will still let you know. We will explain why it was unsuccessful and if possible, suggest other organisations who may be able to help and support with the project, where this is possible.
The decision is final and there is no right to appeal.
