    This development completed in July 2021 and includes 55 affordable homes on a Hightown land-led scheme in Bushey (in the borough of Hertsmere). The site is among very few developments in the borough for 100% affordable housing. 

    32 of the homes have been allocated to families in housing need from among the hundreds on the local authority’s waiting list. The remaining 23 will be set aside for people who live or work in Hertsmere or who have family in the borough to buy through the shared ownership scheme.

    This development includes a mixture of one and two bedroom apartments and two and three bedroom houses, set around a central communal garden.

    The Rossway Drive site was formerly home to several run-down industrial buildings for a car scrappage business.
