The AllPay App and Internet Payments portal are closing

We want to let you know about an important change to the digital payment services provided by allpay, the payment provider we use for rent.

Previously, residents could make payments using the allpay app alongside the allpay Internet Payments portal. Although these services used the same allpay login details, they were separate experiences.

These services have now been upgraded and brought together into a single, unified platform called allpayments, which includes:

• the new allpayments app

• the refreshed allpayments web portal

As part of this upgrade, the existing allpay app and Internet Payments portal are closing and will no longer be available from 11 May.

What this means for you

If you currently use the allpay app or have an allpay Internet Payments account:

To continue making payments digitally:

• download the new allpayments app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

• or use the allpayments web portal at www.new.allpayments.net

You can log in to both the new allpayments app and web portal using your existing allpay login username and password. Once signed in, your information will automatically transfer to the new service.

Please note: this is not an update to the old allpay app. The allpay app will close and you will need to install the new allpayments app separately.

If you do not use allpay’s digital payment services:

You do not need to take any action. However, allpayments is available to all residents and may be helpful if you’d like an easy way to manage your rent payments online or from your mobile device.

You can:

• download the allpayments app by searching ‘allpayments’ in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

• or set up a new allpayments account online at www.new.allpayments.net

About the new allpayments

Allpayments is the updated web portal and mobile app from allpay, designed to make paying and managing your bills easier. It provides a consistent experience across computer, phone and tablet. Features include:

- Simple navigation for a smoother payment experience

- ‘Pay again’ feature for quick repeat payments

- Track transactions and download payment receipts

- Detailed instant feedback on payment success and failures

- Help & Support Centre

- Real-time push notifications and alerts (in-app only)

- Secure login with multifactor authentication and Touch and Face ID options (in-app only)

- Modern payment options including Apple Pay and Google Pay (in-app only)

In addition to paying your rent using allpayments, you can also pay your rent via MyHightown portal.
