Tenant Satisfaction Measures Survey – Your feedback matters

Man using mobile phone showing reviews

We have just completed the online version of the tenant satisfaction measures survey. Thank you to all those who took the time to respond.

Our telephone survey started on 2 December and residents will be chosen at random so you may be contacted by Acuity Research & Practice, who are acting on behalf of Hightown. They will be calling residents from 2 - 28 December to gather more feedback. This is an opportunity to share your feedback on the services we provide. If you receive a call from 01442 963027 asking if you’d like to take part, please be assured that this is a genuine call. Of course, you can choose whether or not to take part.

Acuity Research & Practice provide resident satisfaction surveys and benchmarking services, helping housing providers to improve services and engage with their residents through an understanding of satisfaction, performance and profiling data. They have been providing consultancy services to the social housing sector for over 26 years.

The survey is a general satisfaction survey (perception survey) asking residents what they think about their home and the services provided by Hightown Housing Association. The questions are based on the new Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) introduced by the Regulator of Social Housing.

We want to know what our residents think of our homes and housing services. We will use your feedback to address areas that you, our residents, want to see improved.

If you complete the survey using your full details, you will be entered into our prize draw for a chance to one of ten £50 vouchers.

If you have any concerns, please email housing.services@hightownha.org.uk or call 01442 292300 and we’ll be happy to answer any questions.
