Hightown's tenant satisfaction survey starts today, 11 November and will run until 28 December. We will be surveying a random sample of our residents.
Acuity Research & Practice are conducting the surveys for us so you may receive an email from them inviting you to take part. If you do receive an email, this is your opportunity to tell us how we're doing as your landlord and where we can improve. The online survey ends on 30 November and the telephone interviews will start on 2 December.
The short survey is part of a new government system to see how well social landlords are doing at providing good quality homes and services.
