Between Monday 11 August and Saturday 4 October, we’ll be carrying out a Tenant Satisfaction Measures Survey of a sample of our residents. This is your opportunity to share your views on the services we provide at Hightown.
We are working with Acuity Research & Practice, an independent company, who will be conducting the survey on our behalf. A member of the Acuity team may contact you, either via email or phone call and will ask you a series of set questions.
What to expect:
The survey will ask for your views on key areas such as:
- The quality of your home
- Repairs and maintenance
- Safety and security
- How we communicate with you
- How well we listen and act on your feedback
The questions have been set by the Regulator of Social Housing and are being asked by all social housing landlords across the country. Your feedback will help us understand what we’re doing well and where we can improve. The results will also be shared with the Regulator to help monitor service standards nationally.
Survey timeline:
The survey consists of two stages. The first stage of the survey will be via email and will run for two weeks, from 11 – 24 August (shared owners) and from 1 - 22 September (general needs residents). The email will be from Acuity. The email address is acuityresearch@euro.conformit,com.
The final stage of the survey will be telephone interviews from 25 August – 6 September (shared owners) and from 22 September - 4 October (general needs residents). The calls will come from the number 01442 963027. This is the number of Acuity and the caller will say they are from Acuity. The interview will take approximately 15 minutes.
Why take part?
Your voice matters. By taking part, you’ll help shape the services we provide and ensure they meet your needs. You can find out more about how we are acting on your feedback here.
While participation is voluntary, if you complete the survey using your full details, you’ll be entered into a prize draw to win one of ten £50 vouchers.
