Following the webinar, our staff received a number of calls from attendees seeking assistance with their rent accounts. During the follow up calls:
- Advice was provided to help residents better understand their rent accounts and available options.
- Payment plans were arranged to support residents in managing their arrears.
- Residents were signposted to additional support services for further help, including financial advice and community resources.
