We’re delighted to share that we have produced our first printed residents’ newsletter in a decade - an important step in strengthening how we communicate with you.
With new regulations and an evolving housing landscape, we’ve reintroduced the printed newsletter to make sure our updates are accessible to everyone. We know that residents have different communication needs and this publication provides another way for you to stay informed about how we’re working to deliver safe, warm and decent homes and improving our services.
