As part of New Homes Week, we’re delighted to share the story of Eloise, one of our newest shared ownership residents.
New Homes Week runs from 2–8 February, with this year’s theme, 'The Power to Move', focusing on empowering homebuyers with trusted information to help them take their next step onto the property ladder.
After six years of saving, Eloise was able to move into her perfect new‑build shared ownership home. She described her buying experience as “nice and straightforward” with “friendly staff throughout”. She also praised the direct and regular contact she received from the team during each stage of the process - support that helped make her move as smooth and stress‑free as possible.
