Over the last week, we've taken handover of 29 more homes for affordable rent at our Heart of Maylands phase 2 development in Hemel Hempstead. The homes have been allocated through Dacorum Borough Council to people in housing need.
The development is our biggest to date and will deliver 158 affordable homes and three commercial units! A mixture of flats and houses, all of the homes are for either affordable rent or shared ownership.
The final homes are expected to complete by March 2024.
