To mark International Women’s Day on 8 March, we’re sharing an inspiring case study from Libby, our building safety & compliance assistant.
Libby joined Hightown in 2023 as a graduate trainee and has since progressed into her current role. Alongside her work, she is completing a master’s degree in Building Safety Management. In her video, Libby reflects on the support she has received from Hightown to continue her studies and apply her learning directly to her role.
This year’s International Women’s Day theme, 'Give to Gain', highlights the importance of investing in people. Libby’s development journey is a strong example of how nurturing talent helps us build knowledgeable specialists who can deliver the highest standard of service for our residents.
