We're delighted to announce that VoiceBox has been shortlisted as a regional finalist in the co-production award category at the 2026 Great British Care Awards.
The nomination recognises the impact VoiceBox has had in bringing customers and colleagues together to improve services and influence decision-making across Hightown.
VoiceBox is our customer and colleague co-production group, helping to ensure the voices of people who use our services are heard and acted upon. By working together as equal partners, VoiceBox members have helped shape projects, policies and service improvements that make a real difference to customers' lives.
This shortlisting is a fantastic recognition of what can be achieved through genuine co-production and the commitment shown by everyone involved.
