Making sure your home is safe and comfortable is really important to us. That’s why we’re continuing to invest in a programme of stock condition surveys – detailed checks carried out by qualified surveyors to assess the physical condition of your home.
These surveys look at both the inside and outside of your property. They help us understand the age and condition of key parts of your home – like the kitchen, bathroom, windows, doors, and roof – and how long they’re expected to last. This information helps us plan future repairs, maintenance, and improvements.
We’ve recently partnered with Faithorn Farrell Timms (FFT), a specialist surveying and property consultancy, to carry out these surveys on a selection of our homes.

Stock condition surveys are essential for:

What you need to know
FFT will be getting in touch with some residents to arrange appointments. These surveys are mandatory, so if you’re contacted, please accommodate the visit at a reasonable date and time.
The surveyor will need access to your home to carry out the inspection. The visit is straightforward and helps us make sure your home stays in good condition for years to come.
