Learning from complaints

Every quarter Hightown Managers and our Resident Complaints Scrutiny Group Panel meet to review the complaints we have resolved and suggest any measures to prevent similar complaints in the future.

Estate Champions

Estate Champions act as a representative for the residents on their estate, by raising any concerns about communal areas with the Property Services Inspector.

    Training and support is always provided. To make sure that our involvement opportunities are accessible to all and don’t cost you more than energy and enthusiasm, we will pay your reasonable expenses such as travel costs, carer costs (child or adult) etc.
