We are committed to making sure that our homes and services meet your needs now and in the future. By working with residents and involving you in every aspect of what we do, you are able to influence decisions and get involved with any changes to service at Hightown.
There are lots of different ways to get involved.
Watch our video to find out more.
Our goal is for you to have the opportunity to get involved in a way that works for you. We love to hear the views of all our residents.
To find out more about how you can get involved click Resident Voice and Scrutiny Panel.
Every quarter Hightown Managers and our Resident Complaints Scrutiny Group Panel meet to review the complaints we have resolved and suggest any measures to prevent similar complaints in the future. To find out more click Lessons Learnt

For more information about Resident Involvement, please read our Resident Involvement Impact Assessment which outlines some of the ways Hightown measures and evaluates the difference made to services by involving residents.
Why get involved?
Active involvement with Hightown will give you the chance to:
- Be active in shaping Hightown and improve our services for all residents
- Gain useful skills
- Meet new people
- Increase your knowledge in a range of housing services
Watch this short video from Tahlia Carter, Vice-Chair of our Residents' Voice and Scrutiny Panel, who shares why she became an involved resident and encourages others to do the same.
Training and support is always provided. To make sure that our involvement opportunities are accessible to all and don’t cost you more than energy and enthusiasm, we will pay your reasonable expenses such as travel costs, carer costs (child or adult) etc.
