COMING SPRING 2020
Riverside View is located in High Wycombe, an English town northwest of London and situated in the rolling countryside of the Chiltern Hills.
There's lots to see and do in High Wycombe including Wycombe Museum which is a family friendly museum that explores the history of Wycombe District and its surrounding areas through hands-on galleries. Famous for its chair collection, the Museum includes ‘The History of Wycombe in 10 Objects’, an Art Gallery, a 1920’s kitchen and changing temporary exhibitions. The museum is located in a Grade II listed house with parts dating from the 1600s and is surrounded by a beautiful big garden which is great for exploring.
Just a 10 minute drive away from Riverside View you will find Hughenden Manor - a red brick Victorian mansion owned by The National Trust, which offers a vivid insight into the charismatic personality and colourful private life of the Victorian Prime Minister, Benjamin Disraeli, who lived there from 1848 to 1881. And for those looking at doing some further exploring you can find a man-made cave network at Hell-Fire Caves, just a 5 minute drive away.
If you like shopping then you'll love the Eden Shopping Centre which is a little over 1.5 miles away and offers over 100 shops including high-end and high-street fashion and a host of dining and leisure experiences.
Transport links are excellent with easy access to the M40 and M25. High Wycombe station is less than 2 miles away and provides a direct train service into London Marylebone in approximately 30 minutes. Arriva buses provide a frequent bus service (number 1) between High Wycombe Bus Station and Chesham Broadway, passing through Hazlemere, Holmer Green and Amersham every 20 minutes.
The area has a good selection of schools with Millbrook Combined School being less than a 10 minute walk away.
