Hamilton Place is situated on the outskirts of the thriving market town of Buckingham with the River Great Ouse meandering through the centre of the town and an abundance of historical buildings and houses dating back to 16th century.

Buckingham offers a fascinating variety of shops all nestled neatly in the attractive Market Hill and quaint adjoining streets. There is a street market every Tuesday and Saturday, a flea market every Saturday and specialist artisan and continental markets throughout the year. The comparatively new Cornwall Place is home to a variety of shops. Take a stroll alongside the River Great Ouse, with its picnic opportunities. Visit The Old Gaol Museum, one of the first purpose-built county gaols in England, the stunning Stowe House or Silverstone for a spot of racing.

There are 2 secondary schools and 3 primary schools located within the area and the University of Buckingham is located in the town centre.

Hamilton Place, Buckingham is located in the heart of England within one hour of Birmingham and less than 90 minutes from the centre of London by road. Buckignham is well served by roads, being easily located between the M1 to the east and the M40 to the west. The A422 and A421 link directly with the Town Centre with convenient car parking.

The nearest train station is Milton Keynes (25 minutes) which can be reached by a non-stop Stagecoach bus from the town centre. It is on the main west coast line between London Euston (34 minutes), Birmingham (51 minutes) and Manchester (1hour 37 minutes).
