Stoke Hammond is a village located on the outskirts of Milton Keynes.  This attractive new development boasts a peaceful, residential location of just 31 homes all with contemporary fitted kitchens and bathroom suites.

Milton Keynes presents excellent leisure facilities including two multiplex cinemas, a popular art gallery and the most successful theatre outside of London’s West End. The town’s shopping facilities are also impressive with large covered retail centres, such as intu Milton Keynes and Centre:MK along with the stylish Hub complex, which comprises a range of fashionable stores, restaurants and cafés.

Closer to home, Stoke Hammond benefits from a good range of local amenities within a village location. The notable Three Locks Golf Club and Bistro is under five minutes away by car and offers an extensive parkland course with wonderful views of the area, along with a contemporary dining experience in the charming converted barn.

An ideal location for families, there are a number of well-regarded schools in the area, covering infant through to higher education. There are popular primary schools within a 10 minute drive including the High Ash Church of England Combined School and Greenleas School, along with notable secondary schools also nearby. The award-winning University of Bedfordshire is 37 minutes away by car, with a new campus located in the heart of Milton Keynes.

Transport connections in the area are excellent with the A5 providing a route to Milton Keynes in 15 minutes while the major M1 motorway is under 18 minutes away and travels as far as London in the south. The local A4146 road is just two miles away and passes Linslade and Leighton Buzzard, while the nearby A418 makes Aylesbury easily accessible. Commuters are well served by several nearby train stations, with Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard and Bletchley stations offering frequent services to London Euston which can be reached in 34 minutes.
