Hightown’s flagship development is in Maylands Avenue, Hemel Hempstead, and will deliver 130 new homes.
The Maylands scheme will also include a supermarket, coffee shop and other local businesses in an attractive public square and two modern blocks of one and two-bedroom apartments. Adeyfield Free Church will also move to the new development on Maylands Avenue from its current home in Leverstock Green Road.
The new development will help transform the Maylands area of Hemel Hempstead. It follows Dacorum Borough Council’s vision for the area as set out in its 2007 Maylands Master Plan and the 2010 Heart of Maylands Development Brief.
The first residents are set to move into their new affordable homes by the end of 2017.
