    Located on Rosslyn Road in the heart of central Watford, the development will bring 16 apartments for shared ownership and 23 for affordable rent.

    The site was formerly the Watford Conservative Club, constructed in 1960. Hightown acquired the site in January 2018. Subject to planning permission, the plans will see the existing building demolished to make way for the new homes in this well-connected central Watford location.
